I am now offering Experiential Wellness Labs online to provide community, tools and support.

If we have not yet met, please send me a message through the contact page to set up a short consult to join the labs. If we have already met, message me about which labs you are interested in, and I will send you a link to register.

Labs are $25 drop in/10 for $225. Class cards expire in 6 months.

All Classes are live on zoom. No recordings will be available.
